Defamation on Social Media and Spreading Rumors

Countries sit at the negotiation table to discuss how they can bring peace between themselves.

Arbitrators sit at the arbitration table to discuss the merits of cases so parties can avoid going to trial.

Mediators sit at the mediation table to discuss bringing resolve to matters of disagreement.

Lawyers from opposing sides sit down and discuss how to settle cases to avoid spending years in litigation.

All of these situations are enemies coming together to negotiate resolution of problems between them.

But, I have been accused of being a traitor for trying to negotiate a peace treaty to stop harassment.

In the video at the end of this post, attorney David Allen explains a case involving defamation on social media.  This important subject gives me opportunity to address a recent major misunderstanding.

If you have followed the posts on this blog, then you might be familiar with some of the names and people and their actions.  If not, here is a summary;

In October 2015, a person reached out to me because he and others became aware that a subpoena was issued to Twitter in a case in the State of Georgia.  The parties issuing that subpoena are known as “The Bells.”   They filed a cross-complaint alleging that the mother of deceased Kendrick Johnson used “authorized agents” on social media who use the words “murdered,” and “murderers” thereby defaming the Bells.

The subpoena included the handles of 23 individuals, and requested their account information, including their IP addresses.  Subsequently, the ACLU filed for leave to file an Amici brief in that case and the Bells filed a document that they were not going to compel Twitter to comply with the subpoena.

There is a thread here.  Please bear with me.

In May 2014, Santiago Rodriguez asked to be a writer for my blog, We Hold These Truths To Be Self-Evident.  I opened that blog in August 2012, and until about August 2013, it concentrated on the George Zimmerman case who killed Trayvon Martin.  I never saw Santiago on my blog or any other blog that wrote about that case.  Santiago was a stranger to me.  He was referred to me on Twitter by someone else because a court granted a man named David Piercy a temporary restraining order against Santiago and he was going to trial on the hearing for a permanent restraining order.

In July 2014, Santiago Rodriguez filed with the Los Angeles Court for a civil restraining order against David Piercy.  Piercy did not appear at the hearing.  The court granted Santiago a restraining order against Piercy.

During the course of our blog administrator/writer relationship, Santiago asked me for information on those who had harassed me on the internet going back to 2012.  He also requested information to help a person who had filed a lawsuit against Vicki Pate.

In January 2015, Santiago filed for an Order to Show Cause alleging that Piercy violated the restraining order.   Piercy requested the court for appointment of counsel, and his request was granted.  Santiago asked that I refer him to an attorney I know in Los Angeles, and subsequently, he retained that attorney.

My Termination of Santiago’s Writer Privileges And His Threats To Blackmail Me

On the evening of November 22, 2015, I terminated Santiago’s writer privileges.  That evening, a volcano erupted that had been rumbling for months.  On the morning of November 23, 2015, Santiago began engaging in a course of conduct that included threatening emails and comments, harassment on Twitter, and sending direct messages to people on Twitter to malign me and impugn my integrity.

On February 10, 2016, Santiago submitted a comment to this blog threatening to forward my emails to those persons whose public information he requested.   Of course, he was not going to let them know that he requested the information from me, which was my reason for sending him the email.

On October 6, 2016, a person named Soroya Fambro posted on Twitter that the party bus was coming.  She also posted tweets regarding Vicki Pate and attempting to have Vicki Pate start a fight with me.

On October 28, 2016, Santiago forwarded one of my emails to Vicki Pate. She in turn forwarded it to David Piercy who emailed it to me saying, “Santiago just threw you under the bus.”  I did not respond to Piercy’s email.   If not but for the fact that Santiago forwarded my email to Vicki Pate, she nor Piercy would have my email address.

It is apparent from Santiago’s threats, his actions, and Soroya’s tweets that the purpose of Santiago forwarding my email to Vicki Pate was to provoke her to start a campaign of harassment against me.  Rather than start a fight, Vicki and I came to an understanding.

Santiago’s Felony Case File

On December 23, 2016, a final order was entered in a case in the State of Washington.  Santiago filed that case against the Washington Department of Corrections seeking an injunction that they not release his felony criminal case file.  The court denied Santiago’s petition for a permanent injunction.

On January 27, 2017, a final order was entered in the contempt case that Santiago filed against Piercy.  It should be understood that after January 27, 2017, the contempt case was over.

On February 27, 2017, I received another email from David Piercy.  He attached Santiago’s criminal case file.   Knowing Piercy’s history and his attacks on me, I hesitated replying to him, but on or about March 2, 2017, I did. In my email, I expressed how his harassment of people I like greatly disturbs me.  There is a couple who uses a photo of themselves as their avatar on Twitter, and Piercy has altered that photo and posted it on Twitter with demeaning words.  This is the same couple who reached out to me about harassment on Facebook in 2013, and the subpoena in October 2015. I refer to them as “couple” because they share one Twitter account.  Because they share the same Twitter account, it can be difficult knowing which one of them you are communicating with.

It is also the same couple who, in November 2016, opened a GoFundme account to raise money to finance moving to a larger apartment.  To the best of my knowledge, (and although they have thousands of Twitter followers), I am the only blogger who asked if they would like for me to post to help them raise the needed funds, and they gave me their approval.   They tweeted out the link to that blog post almost daily, and they thanked me.

To his credit, in March 2017, Piercy apologized to me for his harassment and animosity. Because of my response to him about his harassment of others,  Piercy offered a peace proposal.  It was that the couple stop calling the Bells “murderers.”  If you’re unfamiliar with that incident and the results of the investigation into it, you can read posts about it at this link.

I took no position with respect to Piercy’s proposal and delivered Piercy’s message to the couple, but it was not received in the spirit in which it was intended.  They interpreted it to mean that Piercy wanted to silence them.

Here’s the thing;  “blaming” for a death is the same as accusing of murder. “Murder,” “murderer,” and “murdered” are legal findings by a court of law.  Using those words are the same as saying that a person or persons have been found guilty of murder by a court of law.

Another thing is, on June 20, 2016, the Department of Justice closed their investigation into the death of Kendrick Johnson.  No charges were filed.  No arrests were made.

Specifically, I recently became aware that the couple, or one of them, went stealth on Twitter and are allegedly telling others that I came to them saying that I told them that Piercy doesn’t want them tweeting about Kendrick Johnson.  Because of that misrepresentation, I am presenting my direct message to them on March 2, 2017.

This is not a matter of being politically correct — it’s being legally correct.  In criminal statutes and courts of law, words have meanings. People might want to say that they believe Kendrick was “killed” (and I personally share that opinion) but that is different than saying Kendrick was “murdered” because no court has made that finding.

Along with the possibility of being sued for defamation because of blaming people not charged for causing the death of another, when people advocate for justice or any cause for that matter, it’s important that their credibility not be tainted by using legal words inappropriately.  Doing so can end up tainting the entire cause.

It was March 2, 2017 when I delivered David Piercy’s proposal to the couple.  (See the date at the bottom of the screenshot above of my direct message.)  They responded but did not say anything to me that they disapproved of my replying to David Piercy’s email.

On March 8, 2017, they posted on my blog a thank you, saying they had moved.  It had been 7 days since I contacted them with, and they knew of Piercy’s peace proposal.  Still, there was nothing from them stating nor indicating their disapproval that I replied to Piercy’s email.

On April 4, 2017, I discovered their true feelings by their tweets containing my name.  They withheld their true feelings in what appeared to be after they moved, as if I was going to delete my blog post about their need and ask them to return the money I donated to them.    I tweeted to them saying that I wish they had spoken with me first before going public misstating facts and mischaracterizing my intentions.

The couple blocked me on Twitter and have now made public statements attacking my character and trying to be clairvoyant about my intentions and emotions.  My approaching them saying that I wished they talked to me first before taking a defamatory course of conduct, resulted in approximately 40 direct messages followed by approximately 40 emails that same evening.  Thinking the issue had been put to rest, the following morning, Tyease emailed, scolding me as if I was a child and insulted my faith.  I informed her that if she continued emailing me, that I would block their email address.

The next thing I knew, the couple blocked me on Twitter and engaged in a smear campaign using dishonesty, telling others to block me on the purported basis that I “aligned” myself with a White Supremacist.  The interesting thing about it is that those who did follow their hateful course of conduct blocking me on Twitter, weren’t following me anyway. I was neither following them.  They do not know me; never participated on my blogs.

Based on some of their emails to me, they have made assumptions and asked baiting questions about how or if I helped another person being harassed and threatened by Santiago Rodriguez on Twitter.  I don’t go into details of what I’ve done to help that couple over the years, and I’m not telling that couple what I did or do for others either.

They continued tweeting things about me from behind a block, and as of April 15, 2017, they were posting inference tweets such as the following;

By blocking me but continuing to tweet about me, it leaves me with no option other than to address this via a blog post.

By the way, they seem to no longer hold person number 2, Santiago Rodriguez, accoutable for his aligning himself with a White Supremacist.  It was Santiago who made it possible for David Piercy to obtain my email address, because Santiago sought to exploit Vicki Pate to attack me.

“Align” is not the appropriate word for my actions.  I do not agree with White Supremacist ideologies.  I believe that all of mankind is created equal.  I believe that even when and if those I communicate with do not.  It’s my belief and I own it.   It was never my intent to change anyone’s opinions on social issues because I’m not going to change my own.

Unlike Santiago’s expectations that he could provoke and exploit Vicki Pate to attack me, I did not anticipate nor ask David Piercy to attack anyone.

Contrary to what that couple is saying about me,  I am not anything like Santiago.  Inconsistent with their claim that they parted with Santiago because he aligned himself [with Vicki Pate when forwarding her my email in attempt to provoke her to attack me], that couple still and continually gets information from Santiago involving appeals and post-verdict hearings, and posts them on Twitter and elsewhere to antagonize and demean David Piercy.  They do that with full knowledge that Santiago has a restraining order against Piercy.

On April 4, 2017, the couple sent me emails and stated that I used them as an excuse to email David Piercy.  That’s not logical.   Piercy first emailed me on October 28, 2016, and I told the couple on that date what Santiago did that brought that about.  Had I wanted to use them as an excuse to reply to his email, I could have done it then.

The couple scolded me, and said that I should have sent Santiago’s criminal files to the attorneys.  The file was sent to me electronically.  The court in Washington ordered that the files are public and can be released.  That matter is not part of the contempt proceeding.  It was a separate case, and the person in the black robe spoke (i.e. the fat lady has sung). Forwarding the file to Santiago’s and David’s attorneys would have accomplished nothing.

It was communicated to me by a person they contacted in stealth that they changed their opinion about me because Santiago showed them evidence that I was emailing David Piercy.  It is an email that I sent to David Piercy that he subsequently sent to Santiago’s attorney.  It appeared that they are not interested in the contents or context of the email — just that I emailed Piercy.  There are things they do not know about my communications with Santiago’s attorney regarding emails, documents and materials that Santiago sent to me, and I am under no obligation to give them reports for what I do and why to prevent them from spreading dishonest rumors.

And, what is this thing with people thinking they can control who others can and cannot communicate with?

Please don’t get me wrong.  If the couple wants nothing to do with me that’s fine, but before trying to sway others one way or the other, get fully informed without assumptions, without trying to be clairvoyant regarding people’s motives, and without  re-interpreting words to form a false hypothesis. Why would they take Santiago’s false hypothesis (who publicly mocks them on Twitter and calls Tyease the word for a female dog), and not talk to me first before spreading it around like venom?

What I said in that email is true, and there is no malice in it.  Two wrongs do not make a right.  It was wrong for Piercy to violate the civil restraining order and I told him that. It is also wrong for Santiago to have a restraining order against Piercy, but continue provoking and harassing Piercy, and also using third-parties to do so.  It was also wrong for Santiago to falsely testify in court, while under oath, to several facts which he knew or had good reason to know are fictitious.  And, it was wrong for Santiago to try to blackmail me by forwarding an email with information he requested, to Vicki Pate.

I hold no malice towards the couple.  As far as I’m concerned, they are incorrect in their understanding of the facts,  and yes, they also misunderstand my intentions.  The path of a Pacifist is not easily understood by others, but it’s my path and I own it.

“If possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.”  (Romans 12:18, Amp.)

May 29, 2018 Update

It’s been over a year since this post was first published, but the subject people are intent on continuing their lies and defamation, as is Santiago Rodriguez intent on using them as his surrogates.

A funny thing happened today.  It happens each time I publish a new post on this blog.  Someone, out of nowhere, tries to pick a fight.  Now, I know that Santiago Rodriguez doesn’t want this blog to stay active.  It documents portions of his course of conduct and he doesn’t want that revealed.   Yet, he continues his course of conduct — just changes methods.

So today, in my Twitter mentions, was a tweet by someone who follows me, but has not tweeted to me for years or maybe ever.   When I hear from people I’ve not heard from in a long time, I check out their timelines to see if there’s anything I want to comment on, like or reblog.

What I found was a tweet to the subject couple of this post, asking them how this post effected them.   In reference to me, the couple in turn, tells the person who tweeted to them to “proceed with caution.”  They should have asked the person how often she reads my tweets or my blogs before warning her about me.  If they knew that we have no interaction, there would be no need to warn her unless it’s intended to influence others so that my followers and blog visits are decreased.

Truly, I don’t care what their opinion of me might be.  However, when they try to damage my blogs by damaging my reputation, then they have crossed the line in conspiring with Santiago Rodriguez.

  1. yahtzeebutterfly says:

Xena, yours is a spiritual path of peace. It is sad when people don’t understand or don’t appreciate your path and then make assumptions or misinterpret your intentions.

Dear friend, you have my support. I appreciate all that you do.

  2. I can attest that everything Xena has said here is true. Xena did not approach me. I approached her with the intent of aiding her with dealing with Soroya. Xena will verify the fact that I asked for nothing in return and to this day have asked for nothing in return. Xena’s hands are squeaky clean.

It is true that I did apologize to Xena about past misdeeds. It is also true that she gracefully accepted. I have had numerous moving and insightful conversations with her and now consider her a friend. This is pertinent to the post because my prior misdeeds towards her were rooted in a misunderstanding of intentions. The same is true about Noel and Tyease attacks on Xena.

There is a critical part of the story about Noel and Tyease and several others that never gets told and gets buried under their tiresome blathering about “white supremacy.” During the George Zimmerman trial, Noel and Tyease and several of their compatriots including Santiago got in the habit of sending the police to the homes of anyone who publicly disagreed with their positions on the issues in that case. It got so bad that at one point Noel and Tyease were sending the police to my house three times a week. I know it was Noel and Tyease (and their compatriots) because the responding officers explicitly told me who was making the service calls.

It gets even more extreme. Noel and Tyease were actually banned from the Bronx District Attorneys office because they kept going down their demanding the district attorney file criminal charges against anyone who challenges or disputes their factually and legally erroneous claims on social media. I know this is true because I personally spoke with the deputy district attorney who did the banning as it relates to the previous discussion about sending the police to my home.

If there is one thing that I know it is that things do not happen in a vaccuum. Noel and Tyease are attacking Xena for communicating with me but conveniently omit the very reason there is rancor between myself and them. Must be selective amnesia.

Yes Xena and I talk regularly. Precisely ZERO conversations took place while there were open or active cases. Some of our conversations deal with the issues in the primary post, most do not. As of late most of our conversations deal with the most important questions of all……

So, who do you think is going to get voted off Survivor this week?

Where do you think the immunity idol is hidden?

Who do you think will win individual immunity?

Who do you think will make it to the final four?

    You know…important stuff

    • Xena says:

      David,
First, thank you. Regarding Soroya, it is shameful how Santiago exploits her and has her giving me “final warning” of suing me for 18 months. She’s going by what Santiago tells her, and not anything that I’ve written.

Yes, Survivor is important stuff. LOL! It’s very interesting when finding another person who has followed it from season 1. Just imagine, we both agreed that Varnar was wrong in what he did to Zeke! Zeke, who I think if going to make it to the end. 🙂

      • I think you are right about Zeke. I have watched since season one episode one. I was fascinated by Richard Hatch. He was smug, arrogant, brash, condescending, and abrasive and still managed to take the prize.
I think my favorite seasons were pearl island, fans vs favorites, and heroes and villains. Pearl Islands was entertaining when the men got into a battle over who could outfish whom. They were catching so much fish nobody was going hungry.
I love Rupert because i think he has a heart of gold. i think the same about “Coach”. I think Brandon Hantz and Cochran are remarkable young men too along with JT from Tochantins. I admire Tyson too.
I think the most disappointing season was the season Boston Rob finally won. I think it was disappointing because it appeared to become a team effort to have Rob win. I think that takes away from the individual game of being the sole survivor.

Anyway…time to sign off for now. Law School final exam practice tests are calling my name.

        • Xena says:

I love Rupert. If there was ever a contestant that should have won, it was him. Brandon Hantz had a horrible temper! Remember, he was removed from the island for threatening physical harm. I agree about the group effort with Boston Rob. Was it Australia where it rained so hard it washed their clothes away, then they had to barter to give up something in exchange for food?

  3. yahtzeebutterfly says:

    David Piercy,
My heart still is shattered and crying over the photos you “doctored” of Trayvon and of Sybrina, Tracy and attorney Crump. I hope the day will come when you apologize for that.

    • That will happen when Sybrina, Tracy, and Crump apologize for there own misrepresentations and distortions of fact. Until then, there is nothing to apologize for.

      • Xena says:

        David,
They are the doctored photos that convey racial animus, making them appear as apes. In my opinion, that is not a proper response to believing that were dishonest. Look — your guy won! Zimmerman was found not guilty. Truly, I posted my share of condescending photos of George Zimmerman during his trial, so I’m not scolding you. However, I can at least say that I never posted a photo of him that dehumanized him into an animal.

        • Perhaps I should back up and rephrase what I said in a more fair and sincere manner.
If Tracy and Sybrina came to the media and said look we need a little help finding out what happened to our son because he died under some circumstances that are unclear and uncertain. Our son was no perfect angel but he was not a bad kid either… he was just your average run of the mill suburban teen…. then I would have been 100% all in on team Trayvon.

But that is not what happened. There were accusations of racial animus that were completely unfounded. There were accusations of “sweeping it under the rug” despite there being over 1000 pages of investigative documents in the first weeks alone. I became disillusioned by the callous dishonesty while circulating trashcans for people to fill with cash. I just wished they had told the truth. Wanting justice for their son is perfectly ok and I would be 100% on board with that. Trying to ruin the lives of others based on objective falsehoods is something I have a problem with.

          • Xena says:

            David,
I don’t expect for you to reply right away because you said that studies were calling your name. But, can you be more specific about Tracy and Sybrina “trying to ruin the lives of others ..” What others? Does that case really have to do with Trayvon’s character, or does it have more to do with Florida’s stand your ground law? And, what does circulating trashcans have to do with the facts and the law of the case? That was personal for Trayvon’s parents, just as Zimmerman having money donated to him was personal.

      • yahtzeebutterfly says:

I am feeling very upset now.

        • You may want to consider why you feel entitled to the version of Trayvon Martin that YOU want him to be as opposed to the version of Trayvon Martin that his own writings in the form of text messages and social media posts reveal himself to be.

Your sense of entitlement to a fictionalized version of who Trayvon Martin was robs him of his own sense of self and how he saw himself relate to the world around him.

The exact same standard applies to George Zimmeran.

Strawman representations of individuals are not useful tools in the quest for truth and justice.

      • yahtzeebutterfly says:

        David Piercy,

Only a person with deep hatred in his heart for Blacks could produce those “doctored” photos of Trayvon, Sybrina, Tracy, and attorney Crump. And, for you not to OWN your deed as hateful, but to blame your vile action on his parents is very, very wrong.

    • The answer to your question relates directly to the question of who you think the aggrieved party is from the alleged “bad acts”.

Trayvon Martin himself was deceased at the time of the alleged bad acts and unexposed to them and therefore unharmed.

If you say the harm is to his “memory” or ” legacy” the question becomes which memory and which legacy?
The highly sanitized and whitewashed version promoted by his parents?
The completely fictionalized version promoted by Noel and Tyease, Shannon in Miami, and lionheartress that has no connection to reality?
Or the version that Trayvon Martins own writings, the physical and forensic evidence, and the Miami Dade School police department FOIA dump proved to be true?

If you say his parents the question becomes were they ever exposed to the alleged bad acts? The answer to that question is no. Have they suffered emotional or pecuniary harm from something they had zero exposure to? The answer to that question is also no.

    • yahzeebutterfly,

I can understand you seek apologizes, however, I believe it is not the place of anyone to demand or ask for apologizes. It should come from those involved. Just saying.

  4. mindyme62 says:

    He still doesn’t get it.

  5. shyloh says:

I must admit I found this blog very helpful concerning the law. I am not the brightest bulb in the box. But do try to learn as much as I can. Kendrick Johnson stole my heart and I want justice for him. We don’t actually know for sure who murdered him. My own opinion I believe he was….No one was on trial. All the bickering and crap going on does not help find out the truth. To me it is a huge distraction.

Xena, once I told her Santiago DM me on twitter and posted a link to my facebook account threatening to post a photo my my son and his 2 year old daughter upset me very much. I went to her and asked for her help on what to do… When I needed any help she was there for me. Do whatever you want to me but leave my family out of it. Santiago wanted me to stop posting Xena’s blog links. Can’t do that. I believe her and I trust her. The only blog I have is Justice For Caylee. After that trial and Casey was found not guilty……… I never went back to post the ending of NOT GUILTY. It broke my heart. I couldn’t do it.

I don’t have a dog in this fight. I don’t want to. I feel bad for everyone involved. We all need to get along and stop accusing. That goes double for me.

As far as Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman, That is just fishy as hell. Serious.

As far as a peace offering I am all for that. But I assure you not everyone agrees. Anyway I rambled to much. Hugs and love to everyone everywhere! namaste’

  6. Xena says:

    Everyone,
I have approved all comments, and I would like for things to be respectful. I don’t know if this is a situation of not having all information or one where people need to vent, but I need to say the following. David and I do not discuss social issues, unless harassment falls under that category.

This post is not about social issues involving people who have not asked for public apology from those on social media. Trayvon Martin lives in my heart, as do other victims. Based on the path I walk, when David apologized to me for harassment, it is under my power to be a conduit to everyone who lives in my heart who cannot speak for themselves. I don’t think of myself as being entitled to ask for apologies for those living who can speak for themselves.

    • What Xena said is absolutely true. We have an agreement not to discuss issues where there is reasonable room for a difference of opinion.

As I said in an earlier post my previous issues with Xena were based on a lack of understanding of intent and purpose on my part.

    • yahtzeebutterfly says:

I understand, Xena. It is important for me to listen.

      You have a beautiful heart.

      • Xena says:

        Yahtzee,
It’s important for you to participate if you want to. Maybe I didn’t word my comment like I should have. I was saying that I’m backing off on this post from discussing social issues involving race and a case that requires re-litigating or arguing certain aspects. That is not what this post is about.

        • yahtzeebutterfly says:

I just meant I need to listen with understanding to your comment I just responded to. That is, I need to understand the spirit of your article post and that as you wrote there:

“This post is not about social issues involving people who have not asked for public apology from those on social media. Trayvon Martin lives in my heart, as do other victims. Based on the path I walk, when David apologized to me for harassment, it is under my power to be a conduit to everyone who lives in my heart who cannot speak for themselves. I don’t think of myself as being entitled to ask for apologies for those living who can speak for themselves.”

I realize I have disturbed the focus and intent of this page. I apologize.

          • Xena says:

            Yahtzee,
Apology accepted but not necessary. I love you.

          • Xena says:

            Yahtzee,
There are times when our heart desires and even our pain, causes us to use the opportunity to express it. There’s no harm done. I was expressing that it is me who should not have posted a reply to David, but I too acted at the moment without thinking.

  7. I get the comments from others and I know we all need to support one another as law abiding citizens. The purpose of this post, from what I read, deals with situations with Santiago and a couple of others. I will support Xena because I know she goes above and beyond to present the truth. There is no need for name-calling. How can we be Christians if we don’t “walk” as such? In Boston, there are a lot of injustices that I hear and see, however, this post is about Xena and how some take advantage of her niceness. Don’t think she will allow her niceness to be presented as weakness. The Lord God is with you always sista girl.

    • Xena says:

      cfbostonbrian,
Thank you for your kind words and encouragement. Whether Christian or any other religion or no religion at all, there’s a spiritual principle that is rooted in love. As a Christian, Jesus said give to all who ask and expect nothing in return. It matters not if those receiving are not sincere because our walk is for us — not them. And, as we walk that path IN PRACTICE, we begin to understand what loving others as we love ourselves truly means. It’s freedom.

There’s something in the Lord’s prayer that asks to forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. It essentially says that if I can’t forgive others, then I can’t expect the Lord to forgive me because I just asked him to forgive me as I forgive others.

  8. It is long past time for Noel and Tyease to take a long hard look in the mirror for a moment of self introspection and confront their own over the top racial bigotry.

    • Xena says:

      David,
I believe that people should be living examples. Confronting others is just that — confrontation. People tend to hurt others by using those things that hurt them. So, when called a racial slur, they return with a racial slur. Back in 2012-2013 during Zimmerman’s case, I saw lots of that. It made wounds that still bleed in others today.

So, people really need to think — what caused their interest in that case? If their interest was because an unarmed child walking home was killed, then they should feel the same way about all children, regardless of race. Little Jeremy Mardis did not deserve to die, but I saw very little on Twitter about his death. Was that because he was White and the cops charged for killing him are Black? If life is precious, then it’s precious for all. Death and grief do not discriminate.

If their interest was because of Trayvon’s race, then they should get better informed because even BLM now recognizes victims of other races. We share this planet together.

      • Jerermy Mardis was a horrible horrible death that should have never happend. Fortunately some measure of justice was dispensed however my personal opinion is that the father had at least a small degree of culpability for what happened.

        • Xena says:

          David,
I don’t hold Jermey’s father culpable at all under the circumstances. He didn’t pull a gun on the officers. The officers didn’t even say that they thought he had a weapon. Their version was that he was trying to run them over, but forensics proved otherwise because a car does not drive side-ways. There was no reason for the officers to fire their guns.

      • So we had an agreement not to discuss social issues but I’m going to breach that just this once and you will understand why at the end of the post. Mostly because it ties into one of my final exams which opposition to summary judgment and SYG immunity is closely analogous to summary judgment.

SYG should have played no role whatsoever in Zimmerman case because there were triable issues of material fact for the jury to decide from the moment the non emergency call disconnected to the moment law enforcement arrived on the scene.

        • Xena says:

          David,
What you said was my impression for why there were protests for Zimmerman to be arrested. Of course, the average lay person would not be able to break that down into words that effectively describe it, but the feeling, and fact, that Zimmerman got out of his car was significant in questioning what happened thereafter. It was Zimmerman who raised SYG as his defense. The pre-trial arguments opposing dismissal of the charges were better than the trial where those arguments were not raised before the jury.

I’ve said in controversial cases such as this one that when a person runs, it’s sufficient for me to conclude that is enough to question the actions of the killer, and the reasons for his/her actions. We saw in Michael Dunn’s first trial that he was convicted of attempted murder mainly because he continued to fire his gun as the SUV was driving away.

  9. Xena says:

You know NavyDad or your wife or whichever one of you tweeted the following, I realize that you got that screenshot from a post on this blog. So, bite the hand that feeds you information, why don’t ya?

I’ve not forgotten the racial hate speech. I don’t think that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. forgot the racial hate speech he heard from Whites and Blacks. Remember, he sat down with a Muslim who believed in racial separation and using violence, which are things that Dr. King opposed.

You can make-up your own definition of what “friend” means to you, and I’ve experienced first-hand what it means to you. I’m only a friend when you needed something from me, and you needed me to be silent about Santiago’s abuse when he was able to convince you that my not being silent has some effect on his case against Piercy. A final order was entered in that case in January 2017. Do you understand that? You do know that there’s a possibility that Santiago is sitting back laughing at both of us, because he planned this from Nov. 23, 2015 and TOLD ME SO.

It’s not your anger against me. It’s not your anger against Piercy. It’s Santiago’s anger and vengeance against you that set the motivation for what has happened since last month. He didn’t want me helping you with the subpoena issue. He resented that I posted on my other blog about you needing financial help, and he resented that you received donations when he did not receive anything close to that amount for his legal fund. He resented that you tweeted links to this blog of posts that helped people.

And, in spite of his public demeaning of you on Twitter, and mocking that the wife tried committing suicide, he was able to appeal to your hatred of Piercy to exploit you to do his bidding against me.

Additionally, you can denounce an ideology or belief but it’s impossible to denounce a person. You can only define yourself.

All of this from you because it hurt me to see you guys harassed. (sigh)

    https://twitter.com/ILoveMyWife0007/status/855846525188157440

    • Sadly, the only response you are likely to get is ” blah blah blah white supremacist” “blah blah blah white supremacy”

      • Xena says:

They don’t respond to me — they tweet ABOUT me. That is also what happened earlier this month. I discovered they were tweeting ABOUT me. They did not come to me to talk about it first. So, I tweeted to them and said that I wish they talked to me first. When they did is when I discovered that they had a problem since March 2, 2017 when I brought your peace offering to them. Then they went stealth and told others that Santiago gave them proof that I was emailing you. HECK! I told them that I emailed you on March 2, 2017. What is their reason for waiting until April until getting mad about it?

Their inapplicable instructions on what I should have done with Santiago’s felony file conveys to me that their reason for talking about me behind my back is not because of or only because I emailed you. We know that Santiago tells others what to do. Maybe he asked them to confront me about his felony case file and they refused, which caused him to let loose another round of harassment and mocking upon them. Or, maybe he threatened to SPREAD A RUMOR that THEY are not as hateful as they say against White Supremacists, because they didn’t publicly criticize me on March 2, 2017 when they received knowledge of your peace offering.

We don’t know, but it is very strange that they read my direct message saying one thing, but a month later tell others that I said something else, and go about spreading that lie the same way that Santiago went about his whisper campaign against me in November 2015.

    • yahtzeebutterfly says:

I just read what the account of ILoveMyWife tweeted about you, Xena. They do not understand your spiritual path of peace. It seems that they have played right into Santiago’s hands.

I like that you mentioned Dr. Martin Luther King and MalcolmX meeting together even though they had different ideologies and different approaches to bringing about social change. We today need such dialogue, such conversations.

What we all need to know today is that we all have the same goal/dream of bringing about social justice and equality. We need to know that we might have different approaches or methods. It seems that NavyDad or his wife might have the “My Way or The Highway” thinking which makes them easily manipulated by Santiago.

My hope is that all of us who are trying to help better the world will “walk together and talk together” and not be divisive.

      • Xena says:

        Yahtzee,
Yes, conversations are necessary because making positive change falls with individuals.

There are times I think that Dylann Roof carried forth his murderous plan that night because if he returned for another Bible study, he just might have recognized them as individuals and respected their humanity rather than hating the color of their skin.

Not only did Dr. King and Malcolm X have different ideologies, they were also of different religions.

  10. This was an email I sent to Xena earlier today. The offer still applies.

I am certain that Yahtzee is a delightfully warm, caring, and since individual and I am perfectly ok with you showing her this email of me saying so.

I am perfectly happy to apologize for any trespass I have committed against her personally.

My objection arose because the comment appeared to be a request for me to apologize to her for a trespass against someone else.

Maybe it’s just me but apologizing to someone other than the one who was wronged is kind of silly and voids the apology of sincerity and purpose.

    • yahtzeebutterfly says:

Thank you for posting this comment and your kind description of me, David.

I am going to try to express the right words to you to help you understand me. I don’t know if I can.

From what you have written here and sort of in your above comments, I think you might have thought your “doctored” photos would only have an effect on those people portrayed. However, it actually had a shattering effect upon my heart to see them. That is just me and my sensitive make-up, I guess.

But, of course, you are correct that Sybrina and Tracy who lost their beloved son are the ones that you speak of when you write

“Maybe it’s just me but apologizing to someone other than the one who was wronged is kind of silly and voids the apology of sincerity and purpose.”

One thing you should know is that when I was commenting early on in 2012 advocating for Trayvon, that there were people who automatically thought I was Black. Two comments that were posted to me by two different people were “Well, you have a lot of time on your hands to be commenting…you must have just cashed your welfare check.” and “You must be a single mother on food stamps.” That indicated to me that they entered the discussion page thinking that only Black individuals would stand up for Trayvon. I only mention this because you wrote

“If Tracy and Sybrina came to the media and said look we need a little help finding out what happened to our son because he died under some circumstances that are unclear and uncertain. Our son was no perfect angel but he was not a bad kid either… he was just your average run of the mill suburban teen…. then I would have been 100% all in on team Trayvon.

“But that is not what happened. Trying to ruin the lives of others based on objective falsehoods is something I have a problem with.”

I would remind you that from the start, Sybrina said, “This is not about Black and White. This is about Right and Wrong.”

Also, from my own point of view, expecting to walk home safely from a store should not be dependent on whether that individual has been suspended from school or anything else.

If I haven’t brought these thoughts “home,” that is just the way I write sometimes. Once in a while, when I write something, someone might say, “So, what is your point.” I hope you get what I am saying, though.

  11. Another email I wrote

So about that horrible screen shot…

Years ago I was watching this Henry Winkler (The Fonz) video on parenting and child rearing. The subject of the video was when raising small children should parents use silly names for the childs genitals or should the parent call it what it is. Henry took the position of “calling a thing what it is”. That concept is something that has stuck with me for decades.

Screenshots and particularly Twitter screenshots are slippery things because it is super easy to stip and statement of its context and frame it to convey a message that is something different than what was intended.

The idea that was inartfully and ham handedly trying to be conveyed is “calling a thing what it is”. I don’t even remember what the conversation was about with the long vanished “AnonTrip” but it got pretty heated and some repugnant language got used to try and convey a much more sophisticated idea. I think we were arguing about inappropriate lables being attached to people in the Kendrick Johnson case (murderer, suspect, etc etc). The point I was trying to make is we should call things what they actually are and not call them something that has yet to be determined.

Not making excuses for the vile language. I’m trying to say two things. 1. Sometime we use a poor choice of words when trying express abstract ideas particullarly in the heat of an argument and 2. Sometimes screen shots are not entirely fair because it is easy to strip context.

  12. You have my support Xena

    • Xena says:

      Supabutterfly,
It’s good seeing you. Thanks for your support. Here’s hoping you’re having a fantastic weekend.

  13. So this morning Noel and Tyease are back at it throwing the labels of “racist pos” and “white supremacist”
    The hypocrisy is rich!
Noel and Tyease are friends with, and frequent promoters of, a youtuber named Gazi Kozdo. In all of Gazi Kozdo videos he refers to white people as “toilet seat complected cave beasts” and “neanderthal cavebeasts”.
This goes directly to Noel and Tyease Character.

Especially when most of the financial assistance they got for their move came from generous donations of people they view as “toilet seat complected cave beasts”

    • Xena says:

      David,
I don’t always agree with the association judgment. Is that not what has caused the problem with the couple, because I emailed you? We should allow people freedom of associations, and freedom of speech. It is a horrible thing to use racial slurs and dehumanize others, regardless of the color of their skin. Those of us who do not approve of such must lead by example.

      • I agree with your sentiment. However, the sentiment I was expressing was best summed up by a Jewish carpenter about 2000 years ago.

“Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?” Matthew 7:3

        • Xena says:

Well, David, you got me on that one. 🙂 But hey — when I told Noel that a tree is known by its fruit and I’ve never produced bad fruit towards them, he responded by accusing me of trying to manipulate them. (sigh)

Remember; they are mad at me because of who I talk with and not because of anything I’ve done to them.

  14. Noel: Black people can’t be racist
David: You are not black Noel
    Noel:… uhhhh…. oh thats right!

It’s time for you to own up to your own over the top racial bigotry Noel.
Its time for you to grow up and own your own misdeeds toward Xena
Trying to spin the conversation about YOUR misconduct into a conversation about me only makes you look desperate and childish.

  15. Xena says:

Okay. I’m going to come out and say this so that those interested can see why the recent “aligning with White Supremacists” accusation is not the attitude expressed by the couple previously when it involved White Supremacists.

In Nov. 2015 during the situation with the subpoena to Twitter, I told the couple that depending on the court’s ruling on the ACLU’s leave to file its amici brief, and if the Bell’s motioned the court to compel Twitter’s compliance, that they might need a lawyer.

I spoke with someone I know and he referenced a lawyer he is familiar with who advocates First Amendment rights for freedom of speech. That lawyer represented the KKK in an action in the State of Georgia regarding their First Amendment rights, AND the ACLU ALSO supported the KKK’s rights to freedom of speech in the same case.

I even gave the couple a link to a news source about the case. http://www.myajc.com/news/georgia-kkk-group-seeks-equal-rights-roadway-trash/PjVTAmZBxWllA7LfoPSxTP/

The couple was not opposed to talking with attorney Alan Begner, (who represents the KKK) if it came to them needing a lawyer. The couple was not opposed to the ACLU intervening on behalf of the KKK to support their constitutional rights to freedom of speech. They were not opposed to the ACLU filing an amici brief in the Bell’s case for their benefit. Evidently, they were able to separate defending constitutional rights as opposed to defending the ideologies of White Supremacists.

So, this is a reason why it shocked me that they became angry with me, and accused me of aligning with White Supremacists for talking to David Piercy about harassment.

  16. crustyolemothman says:

Many years ago. I owned a Doberman Rottweiler mix fur baby. This pup could be the sweetest child one could ever want, when she wanted to be, but other times she would just as soon rip your throat out. It all depended on what she wanted at the time, if she craved attention she would come to you and work really hard to make you give it to her, but when she did not want attention she would be just the opposite. I have known many people down thru the years that were like that in many ways. To sum it up very simply, when a dog or a person bites you once, you can forgive them, when they bite you the second time you might forgive them but to forget they have the ability to rip your throat out should give pause to consider what they have to gain by the sudden desire to make “nice”! I can’t seem to recall too many articles about leopards spots suddenly disappearing, but maybe I missed them…
Xena, you know that I respect you and love you as a sister and would do whatever it takes to prevent harm of any sort coming to you. Nuff said…..

    • Xena says:

      Mothman,
I appreciate and am grateful for your respect and love. It’s likewise.

About biting twice, it’s interesting you say that because Santiago has bitten that couple at least 3 times that I know of.

After a month of calling me names and racial slurs, threatening to blackmail me, and a host of false accusations and veiled threats, Santiago sent at least two people in my direction trying to convince me that he wanted to make “nice.” It was without apology. Through the 11 months that he and I talked, there were times I hung up the phone on him, and there were times I told him about his verbal abuse and disrespect. So, he would make “nice” for about 2 days or a week, then return to his abusive behavior.

November 22, 2015 was like Noah and the ark — when God shut the door, it was shut.

As far as David, once he apologized for his behavior towards me, I took him at his word. I know that he and I are at opposite ends of social issues, but I never anticipated for him to apologize for his opinions. He gives me the same respect for my opinions.

  17. This sounds exactly like Tyease’s timeline

“I was actually going to go turn myself in, and then I started thinking about the missing black women and children,” he said. “I started thinking about Flint, Michigan. I started thinking about the crack cocaine epidemic. I started thinking about all the injustice and the atrocities that my people go through. And that’s why I snapped.”

“I wasn’t thinking like … I’m going to kill, kill, kill. All I knew was white supremacy has to die and the people who benefit from white supremacy … are white men,” Muhammad said.

In Jailhouse Interview, Fresno Hate Crime Suspect Says Anger Toward White Patriarchy Made Him Snap

    • Xena says:

So, Kori Ali Muhammad is the counterpart of Dylann Roof. Hate does not discriminate. It looks for a vessel where the ground is plowed in preparation of returning evil for evil, or what it perceives as evil. It plants a seed and cultivates the soil with fear and hatred so it produces according to its own kind. It doesn’t care what color the vessel is.

I don’t think that Tyease would harm anyone. The promotion of violence might not be intentional but rather, what she feels sounds intimidating.

Twitter is flooded with tweets such as “it must be stopped.” “don’t stop until justice is served” and stuff like that. The 140 character limit does not give room for people to say HOW to stop or WHAT won’t stop, so it leaves it open to vulnerable minds, and hateful minds.

My condolences to the families and friends of Zackary Randalls, 34, Mark Gassett, 37, and David Martin Jackson, 58. It is my true desire that their families follow the example of those families of the Emanuel 9 in the ways of peace and forgiveness. We don’t need people holding grudges against others of the race of the killers.

  18. shyloh says:

If you don’t want to publish this I am good with that. What hurts me most, is NavyDad blocked me. How can you tell someone days earlier that you love them and respect them and call them a warrior then block them? As you know Xena, I’ve never really talked to you about anyone except Santiago because of his threats against me. I don’t gossip, I am of nature, do unto others as you’d have them do unto you. My belief is, you either love or hate, I hate no one. Sometimes I HATE what a person does or says, but never the person.

I think he is awesome in tweeting about all the victims. I’ll miss that the most, only because that is what it all should be about. Nothing else! Why do we have to argue or look for things that really have nothing to do with a case? That doesn’t serve justice for anyone. It creates a division for what a purpose is to be about.

It’s always okay to agree or disagree but not to the point of ugly gossip to distract from the facts of a story. My tweeting for Kendrick Johnson is for his justice only because I truly believe he was killed and not an accident. Nothing can change my mind. Who is the killer or killers I haven’t a clue. But one day. It will be known. That’s my story and I am sticking with it.

    • Xena says:

      Shyloh,
I approved your comment with some minor editing that I hope you don’t mind. It does not change the context of your comment.

What can I say? I agree with you and walk the same path. And, what you say about creating division? Well, I’ve learned since Nov. 23, 2015 that is something that Santiago did on Twitter before I knew of his existence. Had he gone on about his business, this would have been avoided. In other words, not even NavyDad would be on the outs with us had it not been for Santiago working his malicious schemes. Santiago sent me emails conveying that his malicious scheme included dividing what he called my “lapdog” (NavyDad) from me because they were tweeting links to my blogs. He attacked you and others for the same reason.

So, the couple should keep in mind that Santiago was not helping them when telling them anything about David Piercy and my actions. He did it to manipulate them to do what he planned more than a year ago. Santiago resented that I terminated his writer privileges to my other blog, and his plan all along has been to damage them.

I am so sorry that you were blocked by NavyDad.

    • I am curious about your use of the word “victims”? What does that word mean to you?

Navy does NOT tweets about any “victims” because he erroneously states a legal conclusion.

Murder is a legal conclusion which can only be determined by a judge or a jury. No judge or jury has ever reached the legal conclusion of “murder” in any of the cases Navy tweets about.

So i ask with all due respect, what does the word victim mean to you?

      • Xena says:

        David,
Since I checked for comments I would like to take this opportunity to respond without speaking for Shyloh, but on my own behalf because I too use the word “victim.” When I use that word, it should not be assumed to be preceded with the word “crime”. For me, I’m referring to any living being who was injured, suffered, or died at the hands of another. Also, it can be a victim of emotional damage. It can be a victim of an accident. It can be a victim of disease, mental or physical health, who is injured by it, or lost their life to it or because of it. There are victims to natural disasters.

I think the context in which the word is used is important.

  19. Noel and Tyease tweeting about narcissism are interesting to me because they are guilty of the very narcissism which they are decrying.

This is narcissism in that it professes an entitlement to a specific conclusion regardless of what the weight of the evidence is for the proposition is.

What Noel and Tyease are saying in an inherently narcissistic manner is that what they want to be true is more important than what actually is true and it professes an entitlement to malign or harm others based on what they want to believe to be true regardless of whether or not the persons they are attacking are factually innocent.

    Here are a few examples:

    • Xena says:

      David,
They would not be using certain terms had they not learned them from this blog. Using, and understanding the definitions are two different things. For example, White Supremacy is an ideology. “Destroying” people who hold to those ideologies is not destroying the ideologies. Attacking people who hold to those ideologies is not destroying it. Going tit for tat does not destroy the ideologies of others. Rather, it can demonstrate the same ideology only applied to a different group of people.

I’m unsure if they insinuate “narcissism” to apply to me or Santiago, or someone else. In my relationship with the couple, I asked them to do one thing for me. Because Santiago falsely accused me of threatening to alter his comments “to give the appearance of threats” I asked the couple to moderate his comments as proof that I was not altering them. And honestly, I don’t know if they ever did. Santiago stopped submitting comments to this blog around March 2016, so I no longer needed their service and cancelled it.

On the other hand, I am the person they reached out to for help with many things, and none of those situations involved me. They as well as others were always served the benefit, and I asked for nothing in return. But again, their anger with me is not because of anything I did to them or anyone else for that matter. It’s because I emailed you. They knew about it but waited more than a month to express their disagreement by bad-mouthing me behind my back AFTER they communicated with Santiago.

      • In the past the couple has launched into the narcissism tirade when I have public Kendrick Johnson case records obtained through the public records act. Yesterday I had obtained and published the Johnson family consent to dismiss the federal lawsuit the couple tweet about on a daily basis. The dismissal disrupts their daily mantra of “moving forward” so I naturally assumed that is what today’s tirade was about.

  20. Noel and Tyease

DSM-5 criteria for narcissistic personality disorder include these features:

Having an exaggerated sense of self-importance.
Expecting to be recognized as superior even without achievements that warrant it.
    Exaggerating your achievements and talents.
Being preoccupied with fantasies about success, power, brilliance, beauty or the perfect mate.
Believing that you are superior and can only be understood by or associate with equally special people.
    Requiring constant admiration.
    Having a sense of entitlement.
Expecting special favors and unquestioning compliance with your expectations.
Taking advantage of others to get what you want.
Having an inability or unwillingness to recognize the needs and feelings of others.
Being envious of others and believing others envy you.
Behaving in an arrogant or haughty manner.

  21. I might be wrong but this comes under Cyberstalking, right? I was hacked recently, and after several recoveries to restore my personal photos and information and then deleting them off my profile, I gave up! Apparently, the stalker was trying to force me off social media, or trying to harass me, annoy me. I couldn’t figure out who it was but one thing that I am now sure of is that this cyberstalking thing is very much real. Since then, I have been reading up on stories. The stories I read on PureVPN’s website were very inspiring and motivating of how the victims were able to fight it and get the justice that was due on them!

    • Xena says:

      Hi Amanda,
I’m so sorry to hear that you are victimized by a cyberstalker. Thanks for the reference to PureVPN. I gave their site a visit.
      This:

“Nobody is immune from cyber stalkers. In a way, if you have one it is often seen as a sign of success. Those who have enough time on their hands to stalk you are not focusing their efforts on things that would make the world a better place and thus it’s a shame not only for the one being stalked but for the world.”

  22. Thanks for dropping by but things like the issues you write on your site is why I include them in novels. Sometimes the only way to get people’s attention is to present things in a fictional manner because sometimes they are so time consuming and bizarre no one would ever believe they are real and happens everyday.

    • Xena says:

Thank you. From the time I was a child enjoying writing, I’ve never been able to write fiction. That takes a special talent.

On the subject of cyberabuse, by blogging about it, it helps others who are or have experienced it. When that type of course of conduct goes on for a long time, it can be time consuming for new readers to catch-up since it involves names and prior actions. This post was to a particular audience about specific, public defamatory claims. Since there were people who saw those claims online, then it was best for me to publicly address it online. An additional reason is because it opens a venue where those conducting their course of conduct on social media such as Twitter, can come here and comment if they want to. They won’t be limited in the amount of characters they can post.

      • You are welcome. It’s children’s story I have trouble writing. To me fiction is easier than non fiction. At least it it to me. I bet you could write an excellent story. I’ll admit it takes a lot of practice but I believe you can do it.Yours is the first blog I have seen about any form of harassment or stalking. Many writers encounters cyber stalking, cyberabuse. There are people who specifically search for your listings to distort the images, tamper with the url and keep the rating low contact your followers. You name it. They do it. They use every trick in whatever book teaching them how to do these things. I am glad to see you taking a stand against such abuse. 🙂

        • Xena says:

Thanks for your encouragement, but I have very little imagination. LOL!

There are several other blogs that I found that address cyberstalking, but they are not very active. A few only write about their experience and do not report actual cases.

Regarding their tricks, they are those in psychological profiles of abusers and emotional manipulators who, not being able to physically harm their victims, use the internet to injure and traumatize.

          • When writing just write the most outrageous thing that comes to mind. LOL! Of course you might have to edit a lot if it’s too crazy. Xena, I wish I could say it was confined to online but it’s not. I have encountered people who deals with something called ‘gangstalking’ I wrote about it on the blog and it is far worse and it’s the subject of the first book. Many people have never heard of it.

          • Xena says:

Although I heard about “gangstalking,” I hadn’t read much about it. That’s probably because the word “gang” indicates street gang. I now see that it doesn’t refer to street gangs. More people are now saying that cyberharassment is incorrect, and should be cyberabuse because the actions are abusive and intended results are the same as with physical abuse, less physical scars.

What I was unable to find about “gangstalking” were detailed experiences. I think it’s important for victims to describe what happened, when, who, where and what they believed and/or felt. The deceptive mind game methods used by stalkers is important for the public to know. It is usually those deceptive mind games that perpetrators hope will shame their victims, preventing them from exposing how abusers operate and seeking help. It’s not much different than the methods used by religious cults. The first aim always seems to be to isolate their victims from those who are or can be supportive in the event anything questionable arises down the road.

          • There’s lot of information on YOUtube about this covet holcaust. I’ve watched tons of them to get a feel for what the victims are going through.

I studied criminality as part of my social work tenure and gangstalking was part of the study. This goes much further than mental abuse or mind abuse. The victims often and usually end up homeless or dead or both. The difference between gangstalking and street gangs is that the stalkers do not look like gang members. They look like regular people. They can look like the grandmother who lives down the streets. This is far reaching than any religious cult because so many more are involved. Cyberharassment is correctly labeled, it turn into cyberabuse over time because the actions are abusive and intended results are the same as with physical abuse, minus the physical scars.

One reason it is hard to find detailed information about gangstalking is it covet. The victims have not been believed for so long that many has stopped talking about it or are dead. They are made look like they are crazy and nothing is happening to them. The sure way to make these accusations of mental illness stick is to get them into a psychologist office and have them labeled as suffering from some form of mental illness. The stalkers are home free. They can then do anything they want because the victim’s medical is proof they’re crazy. Their goal is to keep the person isolated, broke and alone. Their lies turns everyone against the person. They wants to torment them first before indirectly or directly killing them. Sometime they drive the person to take their own life. Rarely does they publicly attack the person. They act out in what’s called street theater to harass the person and once alone, then they attack. Many more people are experiencing it than know they are. One of the first signs of a person being gangstalked is nothing the person does to make a living pans out. Some people put it down to bad luck. It’s like the person is cursed or something. Nothing they do ever works. It’s like someone is invisibility behind a scene destroying it because there ‘is’ someone deliberately behind the scene destroying it. But to the outside world it seems like just bad luck or the person can’t get their act together. Once the person is broke is when they start revealing themselves and follows the person everywhere. From town to town, even from state to state.

The victims health deteriorate over the years. That’s their purpose. These stalkers are cold blooded murders. They break in people’s home and steal sentimental items, kill pets, poison foods, wreck or vandalized their victim’s cars, steal their mail, move next door to them to keep a watch on them. Call their doctors, bosses, relative and lie on there. No one or nothing is off limit to them.

It’s not so covet as it was 20 years ago. That only those like the FBI knew about it. More and more victims are speaking out. Damning the shame and speaking out. But there was an a news special ran by NBC or CBS a year or so about it and how it is growing. The stalker are evil but they aren’t exactly a religious cult unless you call money their god. They’re promised a good life if they do these things. Most get nothing out of it but eventually become a victim themselves.

I remember something from the movie Hidden Figures. They said that NASA did not know the new math to get a man from space back to earth without burning up on re-entry, or being in space forever. Then they had the idea that it wasn’t new math at all that was needed, but old math. They were correct.

The reason I bring this up is because there are people doing the same things now that have been done for decades to people who are not informed to know it’s been done before, only under another label or title.

Back in the 80’s, I was helping a person who had come out of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society, commonly known as Jehovah’s Witnesses. There were other Jehovah Witnesses who tried to get him terminated from his job and a whole lot more just as you describe gangstalking. Then in the 90’s I met a person but her trauma was so intense that she needed more than a friend — she needed professional help. I reached out to someone who gave me the name and telephone number of Ted Gunderson. I only had 2 conversations with Ted. They were the type of conversations you’re glad that you had, yet never want to have again.

What you describe to me about gangstalking includes things that Ted told me about mind control cults and Satanic cults. Ted died in 2011. He would be the person recognizing the methods of gangstalking and its purpose because the methods of intimidation, mind control, and ruining lives are old methods that today, have been helped by technology and given new labels. I went to Google and searched his name and gangstalking. There were returns including videos.

          • I must say I never heard of Ted Gunderson. I sort of figured it wasn’t new. It sound a lot like what Nazi Germany conducted in the 1920’s and 30’s. I don’t know who is behind them but I know whomever is behind them is satanic from the things they do. Yes, technology is a blessing but in the wrong hands it’s a weapon. Most people are not dealing with religious groups pr cults. It usual start with being fired from a job trying to get their last paycheck. Or they sued someone who gravely wronged them. Most of it today is corporate driven not religious driven. But yes, it is the same methods of the decades before and sadly most don’t recognize it. The materialistic world which we lives makes it very easy to destroy someone’s life.

Yes. Knowing about and recognizing it is important.

          • Yes, it is. Too many have no idea what’s happening to them.

          • Hello, I thought about where you said you have always wanted to write a book. I know a young author you may be able to help her research for her book. I don’t know how far along is she at the moment. I have only read the first draft but I noticed a lot of subjects in her book are mentioned on your site.

          • Xena says:

🙂 There must be a miscommunication. What I said is that I have no talent for writing fiction. Maybe the person you know can find something already written on the blog. There’s a writer on Ranker who used one of my blog posts on my main blog as her research tool. Let me know if I can be of help with the person’s research and I’ll see what I can do. Thanks for thinking about me.

          • Ok, I will refer her to your site if that’s ok with you. No, this person doesn’t write fiction. Her name is Rachel Hightower and she’s working on a more or less documentary of the plight of African female children in America since 1619 until the present day. I wrote a review for the draft she asked me to read. Here is what I wrote about what I read. I thought about you when I asked her how was it coming along and she said it’s difficult to find solid information about the female children. I will admit I learned some things from her manuscript I didn’t know about the slave trade.
